Returns and refunds
Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that the products you receive are correct and free of any faults, if you do have an issue with any of our products please reach out to us via email and we will do our best to resolve this in a prompt manner.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds are offered through our website and the payment portals that it supports.
If refunds are not appropriate we will discuss with you alternate options such as an alternate product or possible future discount on a product of choice. If you have received your order and you have discovered you have ordered an incorrect product and would like to coordinate an exchange we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Goods will only be exchanged if unused.
We can provide an address and details for your return. Return shipping will be invoiced for the correct goods which will be sent once the incorrect item has been received.
Many items in our range are made to order and any cancellations need to be received within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Our usual turn around times are 1-2 weeks please be aware of this prior to ordering or notify us within the 48 hours time frame.
All our parcels are sent with online tracking numbers and can be traced via our various shipping partners websites.
